Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential fees.
Payment is due upon completion of curtain installation services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information about their windows and walls. You must ensure that the installation area is accessible and clear of obstacles. Any damage to walls or surfaces due to pre-existing conditions is not the responsibility of handaiflameiu.
We guarantee the quality of our curtain installation workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers installation defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear of textiles and hardware.
