Textile products purchased through handaiflameiu may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or specially ordered textiles cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive damaged or defective curtains or textile products, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.
Our curtain installation services come with a 90-day workmanship warranty. If you experience any issues with the installation during this period, we will return to make necessary corrections at no charge.
This return policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of textile products. It also does not apply to services rendered if the customer was satisfied at the time of completion.
